The HOGGAN digitFET Miniature Push and Pinch gauge for hand and finger force measurements fills a void in the ergonomic field. Designed with input from top ergonomic and industrial/human factors specialists, digitFET is ideal for force measurement testing for job analysis on hand and finger force exertion for hard to reach areas such as electrical wiring connectors, door panel pop pins, and pinch forces exerted on wires, cables and hoses, as well as for a variety of assembly processes, product design, quality control/compliance and lab or bench testing applications.

• Low profile and unobtrusive design make digitFET ideal for force measurements where a smaller load cell or low force measurement testing is needed.

• Test attachments allow for testing with thumb, single finger or multiple fingers.

• digitFET load cell accurately detects and records even subtle changes in force.

• Wireless RF transmission from device hub to wireless interface connected to computer allows for flexibility and easy portability for a variety of testing applications.

• Graphs produced from test results allow to view not only peak force but also any unnecessary and additional overexertion or bottoming out forces, that can lead to or have potential to cause injury to workers for tasks performed. Graphs can also be useful for product design analysis and auditing.

digitFET miniature force and pinch testing system uses ergoPAK Portable Analysis Kit technology and components. The plug and play device hub design allows you to use the digitFET miniature push and pinch gauge by itself, or use with additional digitFET sensors. You can also build and add to your measurement tool kit by adding other ergoPAK measurement sensors available, to provide endless testing possibilities and options.
