Press Release 2005- For Immediate Release HOGGAN Health Industries Acquires Patents on its Innovative MICROFET3 MT & ROM
West Jordan, Utah (January 3, 2005) – HOGGAN Health Industries, Inc has obtained the patents for the functional use and design for the microFET3 combination MT & ROM. The microFET3 MT & ROM has received two patents (D490732 for design and 6,792,801 for use) to ensure the originality and protection of its unique operation, function and design.
The pioneering microFET3 MT & ROM was introduced in August of 2001 as a dual function dynamometer (force gauge) and inclinometer (range of motion) in one device. Lynn D. Hoggan of HOGGAN Health Industries released the microFET3 MT & ROM to explode onto the medical device scene with efficient testing techniques and exclusive ergonomic design.
HOGGAN's software for use with microFET3 MT & ROM allows the option to transfer and store test results to any computer. microFET3 MT & ROM's design uses a single inclinometer or dual inclinometer, utilized for years in performing MT & ROM tests. The single inclinometer eliminates the need for a secondary unit, freeing up one hand to either stabilize or assist the patient through Range of Motion and eliminates the need for an assistant. The standard dual inclinometer is available as well.
President, Lynn Hoggan, said, "The microFET3 MT & ROM patents demonstrates HOGGAN Health Industries' groundbreaking work in the wellness and medical fields."
